Menu of Services Hemodialysis A life sustaining procedure, which involved fluid removal and cleaning of the blood by passage of the blood through an artificial cavity Peritoneal Dialysis A life sustaining procedure, which involves the introduction and drainage of a special solution into the abdominal cavity. Skilled Nursing Intermittent-nursing visit performed by a licensed nurse trained in dialysis procedures. Medical Social Worker Educates and assist the patient/family members with community resources, financial planning and counseling. Dietician Provided dietary education to patients, while evaluating and monitoring the patients nutritional responses. Biomedical Technician Provides ongoing maintenance of all dialysis equipment Patient Education Written verbal and/or audio/visual information concerning renal failure and treatment operations. Pharmacy IDPN, Intravenous Infusions and Fluid Replacement Therapy
